That means a credit, replacement production, or whatever the situation calls for. No excuses, no finger-pointing, no exceptions. We have gone as far as air-freighting replacement containers to meet a client’s deadline. It’s who we are and how we operate.
Our QC team is at the factory at the beginning, middle, and end of every production run. We monitor sampling, component materials, packaging, labeling, and drop testing at every stage. Issues are caught and resolved in real time. Products that do not meet the approved standard do not ship. Our proven QC process results in an industry-leading defect rate of less than 0.005%.
We manage everything up to the point of shipment: packaging, labeling, compliance documentation, and delivery to port. If your products require specific certifications or testing, we build that into the production process from the start. When multiple factories are involved, we coordinate transport and consolidation so your logistics partner receives a single, organized handoff. We do not manage ocean freight or customs brokerage directly, but we work alongside your logistics provider to make sure handoffs are clean and on schedule.
